\/span><\/div> - Proficient in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed <\/span><\/li> - Proficient in Selection of Test cases, rightly suitable for Automation considering automation selection criterias <\/span><\/li> - Need to be proficient in Performing SIT & UAT Test Execution <\/span><\/li> - Should report Defects & follow up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA <\/span><\/li> - Should have good verbal and written communication skills along with solid Logical thinking <\/span><\/li> - Must be a good learner and self -starter, and also a team player <\/span><\/li> - Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites <\/span><\/li> - <\/span><\/li><\/ul> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3> - Preferred exposure in Health Insurance/Motor Insurance/ Travel Insurance/Property and Casualty <\/span><\/li> - Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in core Software testing <\/span><\/li> - Should be able to prepare scenarios and derive test cases from the same <\/span><\/li> - Should be proactive in test cases execution, defect discussion, defect logging, risk identification and mitigation <\/span><\/li> - Knowledge of writing SQL queries, databases and running of basic SQL queries <\/span><\/li> - Should have hands on experience on Test Management (like Quality Center) and Defect Management tools like (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.) <\/span><\/li> - Education: Any graduate with an IT background <\/span><\/li><\/ul> <\/div><\/span> .
