Role Description The Team Lead role at Shadowfax is a full-time, on-site position based in Zaheerabad. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing delivery teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to operational standards and timelines. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving on-ground issues, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Team Lead will be responsible for workforce planning, shift management, and training team members on company policies and best practices. The role also includes reporting on operational performance, maintaining safety and compliance, and supporting initiatives that improve service quality and scalability.
Qualifications
Strong people management and team leadership skills, including mentoring, performance management, and conflict resolution.Operational management experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or a similar high-volume environment.Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.Effective communication and coordination skills for working with on-ground teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.Comfort with using technology platforms and tools for allocation, tracking, reporting, and workflow management.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Relevant experience in last-mile delivery or express logistics is an advantage.Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in operations, logistics, or business management is preferred.Willingness to work on-site in Zaheerabad with flexible shifts as required by operational needs. .
