Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales performance through effective coaching and team management.
- Monitor and improve key operational metrics, including:
- Attrition
- Shrinkage
- Dialer Management
- SLA Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in the Insurance/BFSI industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing hardcore sales teams.
- Strong understanding of attrition, shrinkage, dialer operations, and SLA management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
