1. Recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure they obtain the required licensing to achieve the annual targets defined in the Goal Sheet. 2. Provide on-the-job training, manage, and monitor advisor performance to help them achieve individual and team goals. 3. Maintain business persistence and support investment growth generated by the advisor team to achieve overall team profitability.
