We are hiring a motivated and result-driven Provisional Distribution Manager to join our growing team. This is a Team Lead role where you will be responsible to leading, and managing a team of specialists while driving business growth and ensuring overall team productivity. Key responsibility :-
Lead and motivate team members to achieve business goals
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance
Support team in client handling and relationship management
Create strategies to improve productivity and business growth
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews - Ensure smooth coordination between team members and management
Maintain qualified standards and company policies Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making capability - Ability to motivate and guide people.
