Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Motor Surveyors.
Conduct and review motor claim surveys and loss assessments.
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality survey reports and claim recommendations.
Coordinate with workshops, dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Drive team performance while ensuring adherence to company processes, quality standards, and service timelines.
Travel within the assigned region, as required.
Mandatory Eligibility
Valid Surveyor License (Mandatory)
Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering (Mandatory)
3+ years of relevant experience in Motor Claims/Survey within the General Insurance industry.
Team handling/leadership experience.
Age up to 35 years.
Preferred Profile
Male candidates preferred.
Candidates willing to relocate to Sambhajinagar or return to their hometown are encouraged to apply.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 30-60 days will be preferred.
