JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle and manage the online sales team.
Conduct daily morning strategy meetings.
Train and motivate team members on stock market products.
Monitor team performance and achieve business targets.
Support team members in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Conduct client meetings along with team members.
Ensure compliance with KYC & SEBI regulations.
Promote Equity, Mutual Fund, and financial products.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum 1 year experience in Stock Market / Broking Industry.
Solid knowledge of Equity, Commodity & Mutual Funds.
Leadership and team handling skills.
Positive communication and client relationship skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
QUALIFICATION
Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
NISM Certification is an added advantage.
Compensation: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
