- Graduation (minimum educational qualification).
- Proven experience in Collections (mandatory).
- DRA certification required (freshers with non-DRA can be considered only if applicable in your process follow internal rules).
- Experience handling financial products, such as personal loans, business loans, and credit cards.
- Strong understanding of financial product lifecycle and repayment processes.
- Ability to manage collection cycles, recovery strategies, and customer follow-ups.
- Solid communication skills and relationship-building ability.
- Experience in driving sales and collection targets.
- Ability to coach teams and manage performance metrics effectively.
