We are looking for an experienced Debt Recovery Team Leader to lead and manage a team of collection executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, monitoring team performance, handling escalations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing MIS reports. Strong leadership, communication, and debt collection experience are essential.
Compensation: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
