Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Health Insurance Sales Executives.
Ensure the team consistently achieves monthly sales targets.
Motivate, guide, and support team members to improve their performance.
Monitor team productivity, call quality, and overall sales performance.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback.
Resolve team challenges and maintain a positive, target-driven work environment.
Coordinate with management and submit regular performance reports.
Requirements
Experience: 23 years as a Team Leader in the Insurance Industry, preferably Health Insurance.
Proven experience in team handling and driving sales performance.
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Ability to achieve team targets through effective planning and coaching.
Good understanding of health insurance products and sales processes.
