- Profound domain knowledge of various customer support activities i.e. part payment, foreclosure, Payment allocation
- Possess working knowledge of operations, guidelines and regulations that pertain to the mortgage and retail loan industry
- Knowledge of Finnone system and well versed with Excel formulas for data analysis.
- Understanding of digital payments processing and appropriation in the loan accounts.
- Works in close coordination with GRO and customer service team to ensure proper understanding of customer needs and ensure their requests are addressed in best possible manner.
- Handy knowledge to prepare loan repayment schedules in excel to explain customers.
- Manages and controls the working framework for the department, ensures implementation and review of activities in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvements.
