01Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors/sales executives. Set sales targets and monitor team performance. Drive life insurance sales to achieve monthly and annual business goals. Support team members in lead generation and policy closures. Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Resolve customer and team-related issues promptly. Prepare and submit sales reports to management. Motivate the team through coaching, recognition, and performance improvement plans.
02Requirements
15 years of experience in life insurance sales in DSA or BPO, with at least 1 year in a team handling or leadership role. Strong knowledge of life insurance products and the sales process.
