Qualifications
Must be a graduate or MBA
1015 years of relevant industry experience in Insurance / Insurance Distribution / Broking.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and leading teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of insurance distribution and market dynamics.
