01Overview
Manage and motivate a team of 5-8 sales executives to achieve monthly targets for PL and OD - Drive daily productivity: monitor calls, leads, login files, and conversion ratios - Train team on product, sales pitch, objection handling, and documentation process - Handle escalations, maintain TAT, and ensure high customer satisfaction - Update MIS, share daily reports, and coordinate with credit/ops for faster closures *Requirements* - 2+ years experience in retail loan sales with 1+ year as TL/Team Lead (PL & OD) - Strong knowledge of loan products and banking/DSA processes - Good communication and leadership skills - Target-driven with proven track record of team performance - Graduate in any stream. - Good in MS Excel and CRM tools *What We Offer* - Fixed salary + uncapped incentives + performance bonuses - Clear growth path - Leads support, training, and positive work culture .
