Role Description The Team Leader Personal Loans will oversee a sales team focused on sourcing, advising, and closing personal loan applications, ensuring targets and quality benchmarks are consistently met. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves managing daily team operations, monitoring performance metrics, and guiding team members on lead generation, customer follow-ups, and documentation. The role includes coaching and mentoring staff, conducting regular reviews, and implementing best practices to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. The Team Leader will collaborate with internal stakeholders and lending partners to resolve process issues, maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards, and ensure accurate communication of product features and eligibility criteria. The position also requires preparing periodic reports, providing market feedback, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance Urban Moneys personal loan offerings. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong team leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution. Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, such as target-driven execution, pipeline management, and negotiation with customers. Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to build long-term client trust. Candidates should possess operational and process management skills, including attention to detail in documentation, adherence to compliance norms, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should possess basic analytical and reporting skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions. Relevant experience in personal loans, consumer lending, or retail banking is highly beneficial. Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external lending partners.
