Team Leader Property and Casualty Claims

Manage and onboard new hires through induction, team bonding, and process orientation for Property & Casualty Insurance.Prepare and execute training schedules covering P&C insurance products, policy lifecycle, underwriting basics, claims handling, and customer service processes.Track attendance, assessment scores, certifications, and maintain accurate MIS reports.Ensure training content is updated in line with client requirements, regulatory guidelines, and process changes.Evaluate trainees' understanding through assessments, mock calls, and quality audits, and provide regular feedback to the Operations Manager.Deliver continuous coaching and constructive feedback to improve product knowledge, process compliance, and communication skills.
