Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software QA Lead with a robust background in test automation to oversee our quality assurance team. In this role, you will balance technical leadership with hands-on automation framework development. You will be responsible for defining the QA strategy, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and mentoring a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Preferred candidate profile Experience with performance, load, or security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker). GenAI/ LLM Testing scope API & Integration testing .
