01Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily caf and floor operations.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Manage and motivate team members, including Baristas, CSAs, Stewards and Captains.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards as per company guidelines.
Assist in inventory control, stock management and daily reporting.
Support training and development of team members.
02Requirements
16 years of experience in hospitality, caf, restaurant, QSR, or retail operations.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team in a quick-paced environment.
Versatile to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
Compensation: From 20,000.00 per month
