Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Team Manager Home Loan who has successfully built, managed, and driven a field sales team to generate Home Loan business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in leading a team of Sales Managers/Relationship Managers who source Home Loan leads, acquire new DSAs, and consistently achieve business targets.
This is a pure sales leadership role. Candidates must have generated business through their own team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Home Loan Sales Executives/Relationship Managers. Drive Home Loan sales through your own sales team and the DSA channel. Ensure team members generate high-quality Home Loan leads from DSAs and channel partners. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, logins, sanctions, and disbursements. Develop new DSA relationships and strengthen existing partnerships. Conduct regular field visits with team members to improve productivity and conversions. Review team performance through daily MIS and sales reports. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets are consistently achieved. Maintain high customer service standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of people management experience in the Home Loan business. Proven experience in managing a field sales team. Strong experience in generating Home Loan business through the DSA channel. Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets through the performance of your own team. Experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing sales executives. Strong understanding of Home Loan products, sales processes, and DSA operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience with DSA companies, Home Loan distribution firms, or Housing Finance Companies (HFCs). Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Target-oriented with a proven track record of driving team performance and business growth.
Compensation
CTC: Up to 15 LPA (Depending on experience and performance)
