Role Overview

As the Team Manager for Sales & Marketing, you will be tasked with:
- Leading and motivating the team to accomplish organizational goals
- Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders on various business aspects
- Providing regular updates and dashboards to management and partners
- Managing both back end and branch operations to ensure business runs smoothly
- Designing a customer-centric operations model
- Developing and executing operational strategies with excellence
- Aligning sales objectives with business strategy through strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting

Key Responsibilities
**
- Bachelors degree in business/marketing or insurance, with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of building strong relationships resulting in high customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, along with excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Profound knowledge of general insurance industry operations, underwriting philosophy, risk assessment techniques, and more
**Proposed CTC:**
The salary for this position will be competitive and based on experience, with room for negotiation.
