01Overview
- Drive LAP business and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers.
- Generate business through DSAs, channel partners, connectors, and direct sourcing.
- Monitor lead-to-login, sanction, and disbursement conversions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and sourcing partners.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure timely loan processing.
- Track team productivity, revenue, and portfolio performance through regular MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
