Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training Ensure adherence to data protection policies and information security guidelines Collaborate on automation and optimisation initiatives to streamline BAU and ITAO processes.- REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in business process mapping.- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively. Experience with documentation, user support, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and JIRA. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in BAU operations and ITAO roles within large organisations. Understanding of Indian and global data protection regulations.
