Detailed JD: - Mandatory skills:- Scrum certified, Agile methodology, Pyspark, Databricks, LLM, Angular Role Description Skills;- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and BA to help translate requirements into technical deliverables. Manage offshore development team, ensuring alignment, productivity, and high-quality delivery. Track delivery progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.), proactively identify risks, and remove blockers. Drive stakeholder communication, including status reporting, risk management, and executive updates.
