Requirements

•  7+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years owning architecture or leading technical delivery.

• Strong backend/platform experience building multi-tenant SaaS, APIs, data-intensive or integration-heavy systems.

• Hands-on depth in security, authentication/authorisation, asynchronous processing, observability and operating production services.

• Strong system-design judgment and ability to sequence ambiguous, complex work.

• Clear communication and the willingness to write, review and own production code.

• Graph databases, event-driven systems, AI/ML production, ERP/WMS integrations or supply-chain software are valuable but not mandatory.
