What youll do:Manage technical customer accounts for 3D scanning and reverse engineering servicesUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable scanning solutionsCoordinate 3D scanning, inspection, reverse engineering and CAD projectsConduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and technical presentationsWork closely with scanning and engineering teams to deliver projectsDevelop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationshipsPrepare technical proposals, quotations and project scopesSupport customers across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, engineering and R&D
What were looking for:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or related engineering field13 years of experience in 3D scanning, metrology, CAD, reverse engineering or technical salesKnowledge of 3D scanners, point clouds, mesh processing and CAD software will be an advantageStrong communication, presentation and customer-handling skillsWillingness to travel for customer visits and demonstrationsCommercial awareness with a strong technical mindset
