Technical Application Manager

Serve as primary contact for complex technical or application-specific inquiries from PAMs and, where applicable, GAMs and KAMs. Develop customer value arguments to differentiate HARTING solutions from competitor offerings. Manage and implement product modifications in alignment with Development, Manufacturing, IE, and Controlling. Monitor manufacturing cost trends and initiate corrective actions when required. Conduct international product trainings. Manage the complete product lifecycle, including optimizations and discontinuations. Conduct market and competitor analysis for the relevant product lines.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or similar technical field. Business-fluent proficiency in English. Willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural understanding. Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities and confident communication skills.
