01Responsibilities
Drive scalable enterprise architecture and technical governance
Review code quality, architecture, and engineering best practices
Lead multi-team technical delivery and project execution
Mentor developers and technical leads
Work closely with DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and operational readiness
Preferred:
FinTech / Banking / Payments / Enterprise platform experience
Experience with high-availability systems
TOGAF / Cloud / Kubernetes / Agile certifications
