01Key Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile methodologies and drive continuous improvement
Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects involving applications, infrastructure, databases, and integrations
Collaborate with Architects, Developers, DBAs, and Infrastructure teams for successful solution delivery
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics
Support database management initiatives including optimization, migration, performance, and maintenance activities
Ensure technical solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master in technical environments
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification
Robust experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
Good understanding of database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Experience managing technical projects involving cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, or application delivery
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Banking, Financial Services, or regulated industry experience
Exposure to data migration, cloud transformation, and modernization projects
Experience working with enterprise-scale technology teams
