Job Title: Technical Client Implementations & IT Support Analyst

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic hybrid Technical Client Implementations & IT Support Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between external client-facing implementations and internal IT operations. You will manage client software rollouts, travel for onsite deployment when necessary, contribute to implementation sales enablement, and provide robust internal IT support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Client Implementations & Deployments:
Guide clients through software implementation, technical setup, and platform configuration.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact during client onboarding, ensuring high-value adoption and smooth integrations.
Travel & On-Site Support:
Ready and willing to travel for client-facing deployment sessions, onsite workshops, and major implementation rollouts.
Sales & Cross-Functional Alignment:
Partner closely with sales and customer success teams to scope technical requirements, demonstrate platform capabilities, and support pre-sales technical validation.
Act as the technical bridge between clients, product teams, and engineering to clear integration blockers.
IT Support & Operations:
Log, triage, and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 hardware and software incidents via ServiceNow and Jira within SLA targets.

Required Qualifications & Tech Stack
Experience: 23 years of hands-on experience in technical support, client implementations, or customer-facing IT service delivery.
B-Tech, BCA, MCA or any equivalent degree or certificates are eligible
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical clients and stakeholders.
Flexibility & Travel: Fully open to business travel for on-site client deployments and meetings.
Strong troubleshooting proficiency
Tools & Stack: Experience with Unity, C#, Blendar, Maya, Meta All-in-one SDK, ServiceNow, Jira, Python.
