1) B.Tech degree (mandatory) in electrical, electronics, robotics, automation, or related fields.2) 02 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles.3) Strong problem-solving skills and high ownership mindset.4) Excellent communication in English (Hindi/regional languages a plus).5) Flexibility to work in 8-hour shifts.
