The Technical
Delivery Manager will act as a strategic bridge between business, technology,
and development teams, ensuring the successful end -to -end execution of large -scale
technology programs. The role demands strong program governance, stakeholder
management, technology understanding, and the ability to drive cross -functional
delivery in a complex banking workplace.<\/span>

This position
is responsible for planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and risk
management across multiple technology initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence
and alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.<\/span>

Key
Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
1.
Technology Delivery Governance:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
a. Lead and
manage end -to -end delivery of technology projects across Digital, Core Banking,
Data, Cloud, and Integration platforms.<\/span>
<\/p>
b. Ensure
alignment of solution architecture, design, development, and deployment with
bank -wide architecture guidelines and security frameworks.<\/span>
<\/p>
c. Establish
delivery plans, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies, track execution
rigorously.<\/span>
<\/p>
d. Drive
continuous improvements by implementing delivery best practices, automation,
and engineering standards.<\/span>
<\/p>
e. Monitor
capacity, effort estimates, and productivity to ensure optimal utilization of
technology teams.<\/span>

2.
Application & Technology Oversight:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
a. Understand
application architecture, integrations, APIs, and platform dependencies to
proactively identify issues.<\/span>
<\/p>
b. Ensure
readiness of development, testing, UAT, performance testing, and production
deployment activities.<\/span>
<\/p>
c. Lead major
releases, production cutovers, and post -go -live stabilization of applications.<\/span>
<\/p>
d. Evaluate
and implement appropriate technology solutions to improve operational
efficiency and productivity.<\/span>
<\/p>
e. Drive
adoption of cloud, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD practices wherever applicable.<\/span>

Stakeholder & Cross -Functional Collaboration:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
a. Partner
with business, application owners, enterprise architecture, testing, security,
infrastructure, compliance and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution.<\/span>
<\/p>
b. Facilitate
requirement clarification, design reviews, and delivery checkpoints with all
internal and external stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/p>
c. Ensure
timely communication of project status, dependencies, and bottlenecks to senior
leadership.<\/span>
<\/p>
d. Manage
expectations and ensure delivery outcomes meet business objectives and customer
experience standards.<\/span>

e. Monitor
project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.<\/span>

Key
Skills:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
1. Strong
understanding of IT delivery processes, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps
pipelines.<\/span>
<\/p>
2. Hands -on
understanding of Cloud platforms, Microservices, APIs, Data Engineering, and
Application Security.<\/span>
<\/p>
3. Excellent
program governance, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/span>
<\/p>
4. Ability to
manage multiple technology programs with cross -functional dependencies.<\/span>
<\/p>
5. Strong
analytical and problem -solving skills with a risk -based approach.<\/span>
<\/p>
6. Ability to
work closely with technical architects, developers, testers, and business teams
