Job Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair home appliances at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Attend customer service calls on time and complete jobs professionally.
Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Update service reports after every service visit.
Follow company safety and service standards.
Requirements
25 years of experience in Home Appliance Service.
Hands-on experience in servicing washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, chimneys, hobs, water heaters, RO systems, and other home appliances.
Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
Willing to travel within Coimbatore.
