Technical Lead - Backend

As a Technical Lead - Backend at Paytm, you will be responsible for developing the detailed design structure, implementing best practices and coding standards, and leading a team of developers for successful project delivery. - Demonstrated experience in server-side application development with Java, Springboot, Microservices, and AWS - Deep technical expertise with a proven track record of delivering highly scalable products - Possess an entrepreneurial spirit along with strong program and product management skills - Ability to build, motivate, and retain teams successfully - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex plans and designs effectively - Strong judgment, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in design and architecture knowledge - Experience in scaling, performance tuning, and optimization at both API and storage layers - Hands-on leadership skills, coupled with a passion for excellence
