Job Description

Key Responsibilities

** - Define and own the product roadmap for Life Insurance platforms and digital solutions. - Translate business goals, customer needs, and market trends into actionable product features. - Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, feasibility, and technical effort. - Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, system workflows, data integrations, and architecture considerations. - Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to release, including writing detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Act as the bridge between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors. - Ensure Life Insurance regulatory requirements are incorporated into product features. - Drive continuous improvements and help resolve production issues with RCA. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 9-15 years of total experience, with strong exposure to the Life Insurance domain. - Minimum 3-5 years as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst in insurance technology. - Hands-on experience in Life Insurance platforms such as Policy Administration Systems, Underwriting engines, and Digital onboarding/KYC platforms. - Strong understanding of Life Insurance products, business processes, and regulatory compliance. - Solid skills in Agile methodology, Jira/Azure DevOps, user stories, and workflow diagrams. - Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional leadership skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working with InsurTech platforms or digital insurance transformation projects. - Understanding of data models, API integration, microservices, and cloud-based solutions. - Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PMP, or equivalent are optional. - Experience in automation, analytics, or AI/ML-driven insurance projects is a plus. In addition to the above, a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required. An MBA in Insurance, Technology, or Operations is advantageous for this role.
