Key Responsibilities

- **Product Strategy & Ownership**
- Define and own the product roadmap for Life Insurance platforms and digital solutions.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, feasibility, and technical effort.
- **Technical & Functional Expertise**
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, system workflows, and architecture considerations.
- Collaborate with actuarial teams to understand product rules, pricing models, and calculations.
- **Product Development & Delivery**
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to release, including writing detailed PRDs, user stories, and technical workflow documentation.
- Ensure seamless system integrations with various platforms and systems.
- **Stakeholder Management**
- Act as the bridge between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Collect feedback, conduct requirement workshops, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
**Quality & Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with Life Insurance regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvements in the product.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure proper test coverage and resolution of production issues.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- 915 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain.
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in insurance technology.
- Hands-on experience in Life Insurance platforms like PAS, underwriting engines, and claims management systems.
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance products, business processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology, Jira/Azure DevOps, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with InsurTech platforms or digital insurance transformation projects.
- Knowledge of data models, API integration, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
- Certifications in CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Exposure to automation, analytics, or AI/ML-driven insurance projects is a plus.
**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- MBA in Insurance, Technology, or Operations is advantageous.
