We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end SoC development programs from architecture and design through verification, tape-out, silicon bring-up, validation, and production readiness.
The role requires close coordination with architecture, RTL design, verification, physical design, firmware,
BSP, validation, hardware, foundry, and external partner teams. Key Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional teams to meet Product Development Process milestones.
Develop and maintain detailed schedules covering SoC architecture, RTL design, verification,
physical design, tape-out, fabrication, and silicon validation.
Track deliverables, dependencies, critical paths, and engineering milestones.
Identify technical, schedule, resource, and supplier risks and drive mitigation plans.
Serve as the primary communication focal point for internal teams, overseas partners,
foundries, IP vendors, OEMs, and customers.
Coordinate IP integration, design reviews, verification closure, timing closure, DFT readiness,
and tape-out activities.
Track silicon, evaluation board, component, and lab readiness for pre-silicon and post-silicon validation.
Manage BOM and material readiness for evaluation boards, reference platforms, and engineering builds.
Coordinate firmware, BSP, device-driver, board bring-up, and silicon-validation activities.
Maintain program dashboards, risk registers, action trackers, and executive status reports.
Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolution across engineering and external partner teams.
Required
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in technical program management or semiconductor product development.
Experience managing SoC, ASIC, semiconductor, or silicon-development programs.
Good understanding of RTL design, verification, physical design, tape-out, fabrication, and silicon bring-up.
Experience working with foundries, IP vendors, hardware teams, and global engineering stakeholders.
Strong program planning, risk management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Skills
Experience with pre-silicon and post-silicon validation.
Familiarity with firmware, BSP, device drivers, FPGA prototyping, and evaluation boards.
Knowledge of PCIe, USB, DDR, Ethernet, MIPI, HDMI, or other high-speed interfaces.
Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or similar program-management tools.
