01Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers throughout implementation and post-deployment phases.Build trusted relationships with customer executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors.Understand customer business goals and translate them into actionable delivery plans and technical solutions.Drive customer-side execution by coordinating with client engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and business teams.Ensure customer readiness for deployments, integrations, data onboarding, user acceptance testing, and production rollouts.Facilitate technical workshops, solution discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning sessions with customers.Track delivery milestones, identify risks, escalate issues proactively, and work with customer teams to resolve blockers. Coordinate customer dependencies such as infrastructure provisioning, API integrations, security approvals, networking, compliance, and change management.Work closely with Anaira.ai 's Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure customer expectations are met.Monitor implementation progress and provide regular executive-level status updates to customer leadership.Ensure smooth customer onboarding, adoption, and transition into operational support.Drive continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and collaborating with internal product teams to enhance offerings.Manage multiple enterprise customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
02Requirements
Strong understanding of BFSI business processes, enterprise integrations, regulatory and compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.Experience working directly with banking or financial services clients, managing technical implementations, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise solution delivery.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software delivery.Experience with SaaS, cloud, AI/ML, or generative AI solutions and enterprise implementations.Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and databases (PostgreSQL).Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and enterprise security best practices.Ability to review solution architecture, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate with customer technical teams.Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.Excellent technical communication, documentation, and stakeholder presentation skills. .
