Technical Project Delivery Manager Workflow Automation & Optimization

Own end-to-end delivery of workflow automation, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions Define delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and release schedules Drive Agile/Scrum delivery across multiple engineering teams Lead delivery of full-stack applications (frontend & backend) Ensure scalable, secure, and highly available deployments Collaborate with architects on system design, performance, and security Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data protection standards Act as the primary interface with business stakeholders and product owners Required Skills & Qualifications: Full-Stack: Angular / React / Vue, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3; Node.js, Express.js, NestJS API Development: REST, FastAPI, GraphQL, WebSockets, API gateways GenAI / Agentic AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, GKE Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (compute, storage, networking, managed services) Security: OWASP Top 10, OAuth 2.0, JWT, encryption, secure coding, DevSecOps Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade products Strong Agile delivery, planning, and risk management skills Ability to manage complex dependencies and multiple releases Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field Experience with workflow automation or process optimization platforms Agile, PMP, or cloud certifications .
