Company / Role OverviewA leading global organisation is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery across complex digital platforms, spanning front-end applications, APIs, and backend systems. This role sits within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment and will be responsible for leading multiple Agile squads across distributed locations. The position requires a hands-on delivery mindset, working closely with both business and engineering stakeholders to ensure critical initiatives are executed and delivered to production within tight timelines. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end delivery across 2-4 Agile squads, ensuring alignment to delivery plans and timelinesLead planning activities and track execution progress across multiple workstreams using Agile methodologiesProactively identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks, issues, and blockers to maintain momentumCollaborate with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure effective coordination and delivery outcomesOwn project reporting and provide clear, data-driven updates using tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceEngage with both business and technical stakeholders to align expectations and communicate progressEnsure delivery milestones are met and support the successful release of business-critical initiatives to productionOperate effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements Job RequirementsMust-Have:Proven experience managing software delivery projects across digital platforms (front-end, APIs, backend systems)Strong experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Agile processes and delivery practicesExperience managing multiple distributed teams across locations and coordinating cross-functional squadsHands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for delivery tracking, reporting, and planningDemonstrated ability to proactively drive delivery, resolve blockers, and ensure teams meet commitmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersComfortable operating in fast-paced, less structured environments with evolving prioritiesTypically 10+ years of relevant project management experience (flexible based on demonstrated capability)Nice-to-Have:Experience working in scaled Agile environments across multiple squadsPrior exposure to complex enterprise or customer-facing digital transformation initiativesDomain experience within financial services or similar regulated industries If this role aligns with your experience and career goals, please send your application to AviralBhargava@argyllscott.sg.Argyll Scott Asia is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. .
