Key Responsibilities
**
- Plan, manage, and oversee multiple concurrent technology and product development projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
- Track execution using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure delivery predictability and transparency.
- Maintain dashboards and generate executive reports covering delivery status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Design and implement scalable Agile delivery processes, ticket workflows, and support governance frameworks.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
- Align engineering teams with standardized quality and delivery frameworks.
- Act as the central coordination point between various teams and provide regular delivery updates to leadership.

Qualifications Required
**
- 9+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Project/Program Management, PMO, or Delivery Governance roles within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven experience managing Agile delivery using Jira/Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with senior leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams and drive Agile adoption organization-wide.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or product-based technology companies.
- Must be based in Delhi NCR or nearby locations.
