ResponsibilitiesSource, screen and recruit top technical talent for our organizationManage and track candidate pipeline using applicant tracking systemConduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualificationsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendationsDevelop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship managementNegotiate job offers and close candidatesEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiringSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field0-1 years of experience in technical recruiting or related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsKnowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiringAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managersPassionate about recruiting and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices .
