Technical Recruiter - Part Time (New Delhi)

Role & responsibilities We're an AI-first software and IT consultancy company based in India, serving clients locally and internationally. We require a part time technical recruiter cum HR specialist to help with on-going technical hiring for us and our clients. Role Description The Technical Recruiter - Part Time will manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical and digital marketing roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. This can be a remote position but candidate should be based in Delhi / NCR for occasional meetings. Job Responsibilities - Help source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels. - Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements. - Connect with candidates over calls to screen them & assess their interest and availability. - Schedule and coordinate further interview rounds - Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers. - Support in closing open positions within the defined timelines. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. The recruiter will also maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment tracking tools, and support employer branding efforts through job postings and professional networking. Preferred candidate profile - Full-life Cycle Recruiting with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes , especially for technical roles. - 1 + years of IT recruiting experience. Exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, or calling - Knowledge of current hiring trends, salary & advantages benchmarking , compensation optimization. - Demonstrated expertise in Technical Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. - Excellent Communication skills - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and modern sourcing tools. - Preferred: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - This is a part time contractual position typically requiring 10-15 hours per week but may evolve to a full time role with mutual agreement. - Remote in Delhi / NCR - occasional in-office meet might be needed. .
