Technical Research Analyst
About the Role
Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Technical Research Analyst to join our Research & Development team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong engineering background who are passionate about technical research, innovation, and problem-solving. You will work on engineering projects involving literature review, technical analysis, research documentation, and manuscript preparation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
- CGPA/GPA of 8.0 or above is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- PhD candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge in core engineering subjects.
- Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
- Experience in research documentation, academic projects, technical paper writing, or thesis work will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and identify research gaps.
- Analyze technical concepts and develop research-based solutions.
- Prepare research proposals, technical reports, and manuscripts.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze technical data for engineering projects.
- Support research implementation and technical documentation.

- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
