- Web Hosting
- Servers & Server Basics
- Web Server & Application Server
- Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to international customers through Voice & Chat
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot basic website, hosting, WordPress, API and server-related issues
- Identify technical problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow process guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets
