Position titleTechnical Support Associate (Voice Process) | Instagram Account ManagementDescriptionInfoHive Solution is looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy female candidates to join our growing team as Technical Support Associates (Voice Process) with responsibilities in Instagram Account Management.In this role, you will provide voice-based customer support while managing 12 Instagram business accounts. You will create engaging social media content using AI-powered tools, publish posts, monitor account activity, and perform daily follow-ups to improve engagement and support marketing initiatives.This position is ideal for candidates who have excellent communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and an interest in social media management and AI-based content creation. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound voice support professionally. Provide technical assistance and resolve customer queries. Manage 12 Instagram business accounts on a daily basis. Create high-quality social media posts using AI tools. Upload content, reels, stories, and promotional posts on Instagram. Monitor account performance and engagement metrics. Respond to messages and coordinate with the internal marketing team. Perform daily follow-ups and complete assigned tasks within deadlines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activities. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Follow company policies, client guidelines, and standard operating procedures.Qualifications Any Graduation. Female Candidates Only. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. Excellent communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media platforms. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Canva AI is an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills. Good problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Job Benefits Work From Office (WFO). Comprehensive Training Program (1545 Days). Training may be completed within 610 days based on learning ability and performance. No stipend or payout during the training period. Salary: 2.5 LPA 3.3 LPA (Based on Performance).
