As a Technical Support or Customer Support representative at Teleperformance Jaipur, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers through effective communication. This role requires you to have a graduate degree and can be filled by both fresher and experienced candidates. You will be working on a Blended Campaign with an opportunity for Upselling.The job involves working in rotational shifts with rotational week offs. The salary for freshers is up to 30K CTC, while experienced candidates can earn up to 38K CTC. Additionally, there is a provision of 2K PLI per month, which is dependent on various factors like login hours, attendance, QA score, and CSAT- DSAT.For the first three months, no leaves are allowed except for your designated week off. Night shifts are also a part of the rotational shift schedule.
