Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (NOC) Company: GS Tech Software Systems Private Limited Nature of Business: Internet Service Provider Location: Near Venice Mall, Greater Noida Job Type: Full-Time (24x7 NOC Operations) Working Hours: Rotational Shifts (247 NOC) About the Role GS Tech Software Systems Pvt. Ltd., a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP), is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (NOC) to monitor, troubleshoot, and support our broadband and enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong networking knowledge and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues remotely. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor network health using NMS/NOC monitoring tools. Troubleshoot Broadband, FTTH, and Internet Leased Line (ILL) connectivity issues remotely. Handle customer complaints and provide first-level technical support. Diagnose issues related to routers, switches, OLTs, ONUs/ONTs, and wireless devices. Coordinate with Field Engineers and L2/L3 teams for fault resolution. Escalate critical incidents as per the escalation matrix. Configure and troubleshoot customer routers remotely. Monitor bandwidth utilization, latency, packet loss, and network performance. Maintain trouble tickets, update incident logs, and ensure timely ticket closure. Ensure SLA compliance and provide regular updates to customers. Work in rotational shifts as per NOC requirements. Required SkillsGood understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, Routing & Switching. Basic knowledge of GPON/EPON, FTTH, and ISP networks. Knowledge of MikroTik, Huawei, Cisco, or Ubiquiti devices will be an advantage. Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, The Dude, or similar. Ability to troubleshoot internet connectivity issues remotely. Good communication and customer handling skills. Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems. Qualifications Diploma / B.Tech / B.E./BCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. 03 years of experience in an ISP, Telecom, or NOC environment is preferred. Freshers with strong networking fundamentals and CCNA-level knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
