Allen Energy is seeking a reputed company Technical Support Engineer to work with our cutting-edge technology products and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The selected candidate will be heavily responsible for providing technical support to customers, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of our battery and charger products. The Technical Support Engineer will also work closely with our suppliers and customers to identify opportunities for improvement and reputed company the best overall solutions to meet their initiatives.

This is a remote, full-time (40 hours) position M-F with occasional weekend work. The selected applicant should expect to travel 5-10 nights per month.
Requirements
As the Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in maximizing customer satisfaction and driving sales reputed company through providing technical support, leading reputed company for technical improvements, and developing unique solutions.
