Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet connectivity, telecommunication services, and related hardware/software.
Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
Educate customers on product features and troubleshooting steps.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall service delivery.
Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.
