Description We are seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team in Bangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to help customers solve their technical issues.
Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support system. Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes. Assist in the development of knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
